Pleasure PUR

From the first moment a treat. Very friendly welcome, car could be parked in the underground garage, nice, new rooms. Morning and dinner left nothing to be desired. Very friendly staff, daily conversation with the hosts. Great lounges and bar. The game sommelier was a great new experience. We just enjoyed every moment.

Room for improvement.

Visit to the restaurant: When ordering wine by the glass, the bottle is not brought to the table. The first glass of sparkling wine had to be returned because it no longer had enough bubbles and was quite flat. For water, a 7.7 dl bottle was simply brought, even though they also have small bottles. Upon inquiry, they said that they would never bring the wine bottle to the table. For me, this is a break in style in a four-star hotel. However, I was allowed to taste the red wine because the waiter eventually brought the bottle to the table ;-).
The roll was okay, but there wasn't even butter or oil served with it.
The amuse-bouche, a Baba Ganoush, was fine.
The gazpacho with tomato, cucumber, and strawberries is generally very fine, but a bit too spicy (the small pepper from the Maggiatal was perhaps a bit too much). The portion was also too large and unfortunately not particularly stylishly presented.
Lamb rack with red polenta and summer vegetables: very delicious! And also beautifully presented.
The service was very friendly and attentive.

A great place to stay. Very happy to come back!

A very friendly family-run hotel in the heart of the Lenzerheide. The rooms are nice and the SPA, especially the timeless hammam is fantastic. The restaurants in particular the Scalottas, which offers regional cuisine, really pleased me. Ideal for a long weekend or even two weeks in a row, I will be back.

First stay in this resort, well in general, some remarks

Apparently it is a very large complex with many outbuildings. We enjoyed special autumn conditions in Graubünden when booking this hotel. The room was correct but contrary to what is written in the presentation of the hotel there was no minibar. There are probably rooms allocated according to the price paid. As for the number of languages spoken, I personally have some doubts. It starts with emails totally in German from the moment of booking, emails that may be a little too frequent. My wife speaks German, but it's a little weird. Service in the restaurant: very good but also in German. Not even English on the menu cards? The station does not appear to be multilingual in general or we missed out. In short, very Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, excellent restaurant, gastronomy class. No problem encountered.

En principe, nous disposons d'un minibar, que nous nous ferons un plaisir de préparer dans votre chambre sur simple demande. En ce qui concerne la langue, nous nous efforçons de communiquer en plusieurs langues, mais il est possible que certaines informations aient été principalement disponibles en allemand en raison des paramètres de notre système de réservation. Nous prenons note de vos commentaires sur la diversité linguistique de notre personnel et de nos menus et ferons de notre mieux pour améliorer cette expérience à l'avenir.

Top performance - a prime example of excellent gastronomy

Great finish in the Lenzerheide. We enjoyed the fine lunch on the sunny terrace. Excellent food and very friendly, attentive staff. Very nicely decorated with great attention to detail. A prime example of excellent gastronomy. Back home, we immediately booked our next winter holidays at Schweizerhof and are already looking forward to it today.
