Frustration

I rarely write reviews, but I decided to write about this hotel. This year we decided to rest here (April) and made a big mistake. We arrived early in the morning, we only checked in at 3:00 p.m., no way before, not even for a surcharge. Super economy class apartments, in the style of "ala Adler", for breakfast every day the same: paper sausages, pattai (fried noodles), eggs, boiled rice, rice fried, chicken or fish, toast, untasty pastries, yogurt, juices powdered, coffee machine no, everything as untasty as possible, but stomach filled, breakfast saved fruit; watermelons, pineapple, pitochaya, sometimes daddy. All the food is imported. The key and e-card for the entrance are issued in one copy, which is very uncomfortable, the e-lock in the entrance did not work, after the appeal was made, the lock to the room closes at 10-15 attempts, never repaired (it is their norm), in the sink in the bathroom flows water constant room temperature), there is no hot water, there is only in the shower through a running water heater, there is no water pressure. Once the water in the room completely disappeared for 24 hours, there was nothing to even flush the toilet), not to mention wash after the sea, presented a claim for reception, with great reluctance moved to another room of the middle building. In the middle building is being renovated, there will be no sleep during the day. Rooms facing the street are stuffy (sunny side) and noisy, because on the ground floor shops, tops, car noise, etc. Rooms facing the "garden" have a better situation, but below there are tanks of the drainage system, with open windows and on the balcony stinks of sewerage. Rooms only change towels, take out garbage (sometimes not all of it), make the bed. In 12 days, they have never mopped the floors, only swept with a broom, the same as in the stairwells. The curtains are in the dust. At the reception two days smiled, after the claim smiles disappeared, even stopped saying hello). Staff at the reception and cleaning center are not as client-oriented as possible, in the "dining room" norms. In the elevator building where the elevator is, better rooms, check in. Never come back here again!

Very nice, clean and new hotel. Good location. Friendly staff. You get a lot for your money. Highly recommend it!

Decent stay, Best value

Came here with my partner for a few nights. The room was clean and comfortable, cozy, and it does the job well. Surprisingly good value for the area. Nice and quiet — perfect if you want to relax.
I will come back again

Near The Beach & Good Service

The room was spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which is very convenient. At night, the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding without any disturbance. The staff were also very friendly and provided great service throughout the stay.
