Amazing Entertainment Team

Really great atmosphere and an amazing Entertainment team. I really enjoyed participating in the activities. Some things I enjoyed the most were Water polo and Darts with Damin, Step aerobic with William and Zumba with Mimi. I also enjoyed dancing in the evening with Enzo and Kimo. They all also created a nice party atmosphere in the evenings so it never got boring. All in all it really made my holiday how much effort the entertainment team put in all the activities

Outside Hui inside Pfui

Hello, holidaymakers. First of all, I want to state the staff reception, animation, room service and waiter do a top job. I give it 4-5 stars. As for the rest. Room without Wi-Fi and TV signal, drinks in paper cups (If you want to try gin and tonics - is cordially invited) Why is this done? Because there are simply not enough dishes and the Menager does not care!
The truth is that during this time the conversion of the other hotel was not completed and they tried to provide 2 hotels with drinks and food with a bar, a kitchen and half the staff.
Reception tries to satisfy the guests, must always pick up an "ok" from the menager. Often, for its part, without support. Gaste leaves dissatisfied, too bad. What remains: Long vacation great people yet never 4 stars for this place.

Conclusion: Nice hotel - with catastrophic organization.

Als erstes bedanken wir uns, dass sie unser Hotel auf TripAdvisor bewertet haben. Es tut uns leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt in unserm Resort nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.

Review of my stay

No wifi no hot water no toilet paper no phone all this signals to the Welcoming but nothing you are sent to have your meal in a 3-star restaurant and you paid for a 4 the staff at the restaurant tell you that there is no place no plate oblige to adapt to eat on the contrary the team animation top bravo to Tito and his team and the bartender of the evening baa top à la carte restaurant on the other top

The hotel can definitely score with cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and a great animation team.
You would definitely have to work on the organization.
When we were there in June over Pentecost, the sister hotel was not yet fully renovated, so our hotel provided for the guests of both hotels.
The result was: full dining room, full pool area, long line at the lobby bar. No sign of rest and relaxation. Unfortunately, nothing was learned about this condition when booking. It's too bad.
The beach could be more manicured, other hotels also remove the seagrass and the legacies of horses and camels every morning. The sunbeds on the beach have also had their best times. In drr beach bar there were only soft drinks and beer, not even a coffee.
The water slides were also out of order. It's too bad.
Conclusion: Under these circumstances, I can only recommend the hotel to a limited extent.

Nulle

Personnel pas souriant, nourriture mangeable quand il en reste et pas variée, chambre correcte mais pas propre. Il n’y a que l’équipe d’animation qui est au top, ainsi que la piscine.
