Perfect choice for holidays
I went to the hotel with my 17-year old daughter. We really liked everything. I was surprised by cleaning services since the rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day, the mini bar was refilled. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, the whole territory is well-maintained and clean. The beach is nice too but the sea is a bit rough and wavy, especially in the afternoon. The food was varied and delicious for everyone’s taste. The animation team was absolutely amazing, working hard every day from morning till night and trying to involve everyone. We enjoyed the night programme and discos by the pool, special love goes to Hiwi and Lina, but all the others were very nice too. The staff of the hotel was friendly, always smiling overall, we really felt welcome! Thanks to the photographer Deniz for amazing photo album!
We will definitely come back next season.

Everything really liked it.
The hotel is wonderful. Beautifully located. The food is great. The staff is beyond praise. Special thanks to Igeman. She quickly helped to rectify the situation when we were apparently mistakenly placed in a single room. Rest was on the up.

Wonderful
The staff were very friendly and attentive, we were very pleased. The food was also very good, and the cleanliness was excellent. We recommend it.

Good Location and Friendly Staff, but Not a True 5-Star Experience
We spent our holiday at Kaya Side and had a mixed experience overall.
One of the positives is the hotel’s location. It is not situated in the center of the resort, but rather in a quiet area, which we found to be a real advantage for those looking for a more relaxing and peaceful vacation.
The highlights were the swimming pools, which were clean and well maintained, and the staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beach is pleasant, with good sand, although the entrance into the sea becomes deep quite abruptly, which may be something to consider for families with small children.
As for the rooms, in our opinion they do not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel and are closer to a 3–3.5-star level. Our first room had a strong moldy smell, so we had to request a room change. Unfortunately, the overall impression is that the entire hotel is in need of renovation and modernization.
The food was plentiful, but the selection was very repetitive from day to day. This may not be an issue for everyone, but personally I would have appreciated a wider variety of fish and seafood dishes.
Overall, the hotel has some positive aspects, particularly the quiet location, pools, beach, and staff, but the condition of the rooms and the need for a general renovation prevent it from delivering the experience one would expect from a 5-star resort.

Kaya Side -trap
It isn't a hotel of 5 stars. They demand extra money for everything, for italian night, for cleanning, for a good room. Pick other hotel, this onr is a trap
