Very nice stay at Explorer's Hub
The location in Kololo is perfect. The premium rooms are air-conditioned, clean, and spacious, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always available to provide information and assistance.
The hotel also features a lovely garden and a small gym. A unique addition is Ark Organics, an on-site shop selling organic products. The hotel’s restaurant, Revive by Ark Organics, offers an excellent breakfast buffet (included in the room rate) as well as a diverse menu with something for everyone. I had lunch and dinner there several times, and it never disappointed.
I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Kampala. A special shout-out to Franck at the front desk—thank you for arranging a late checkout! Much appreciated.

The rooms need attention.the tile floors need to be polished.
They advertise desk in room but it is shelf not a work height with no powerpoint. So it is Not a desk.
Did not get daily room service as advertised, maybe i had to ask.
Lastly the shower head did not fit in the overhead holder. So it had to be used with one hand
Despite above it is a very pleasant, reasonably priced well located hotel in Kololo. I hope they put attention to rooms as they the restaurant.

Occasions reception not well attended to. Was given the impression that the room was executive but that was super crappy. I didn’t get my moneys worth

Mike with room care was fantastic.
Breakfast tasty fresh and eggs made to prefrence and all staff very helpfull great food presentation and smiles 😃.
Definitely returning soon.
