Excellent customer service is the order of the day at Bwiranda Hotel Kasese

Bwiranda Hotel. New Living Kasese, is a good place to stay, during our Tour in the western Region, We slapped there tow nights our check in was earlier than the regulated time and now that we had Enjoyed Kasese our check was also late, But guess what we were treated well than we had expected to be charged more. The extra spent was given out to us as complimentary rest in time.
The service is excellent. For sure no complaints. Just visit this Hotel you will be treated with high experience of excellence.

Bwiranda hotel stay

The place is very clean. I was just a bit disappointed by restaurant staff on both evenings we stayed there. The waiter took our drinks and dinner orders and disappeared for an hour - different waiters on different days. Poor service especially after the long drive from Kampala and all you want is to rest.

Friendly Hotel with nice rooms and beautifull staff

Very safe and friendly Hotel and good location, close to bus terminal. Beautifull rooms and good kitchen! Staff is super friendly and gave me good advice for local places to visit. Good place to rest before and after visiting the Rwenzori Mountains.

Awesome!

I was really impressed by the level of professionalism these guys exude. The food, the hospitality were all 100%. I will be coming back very soon and I would definitely recommend anyone to try them out when in Kasese.
