I want to go back
very stylish hotel, beautiful hall, very pleasant and friendly staff, pleased with the cleanliness of the room - the restaurant is open around the clock, the hotel provides free entry to a nightclub - one of the best places in the city

There's something to say...
❌ Very disappointed to stay at this hotel
We booked through Booking. The price indicated was 28,000 UAH, but upon arrival on Monday at 6 am the amount suddenly rose to 31,000 UAH (attributed to "early arrival"). Such points should be spelled out in advance, not spelt out in fact.
Access to Itaka (beach/sunbed area) proved extremely inconvenient: to get there, you have to arrive no later than 9am, otherwise everything is occupied by people who are not even hotel guests. Then why write that “for residents, admission is always free”?
Breakfasts are only downstairs, staff don't meet, no food is brought to the room, although the website said otherwise. It is also stated that through the hotel you can book a taxi and help with luggage - in fact this did not turn out, apparently, because we did not live in a VIP, but in a standard room.
Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired: making a bed and leaving dirty dishes in the room is not cleaning. Garbage and cups after coffee were never taken out.
The laundry situation was particularly perplexing. Two days ago, we got our laundry back, but just today, we were told that the service was paid for. It's not mentioned anywhere on the reservation, and even when I renewed my room, I wasn't told about it. The rules do say laundry is paid for, but why isn't there any advance warning?
We paid 35,000 UAH for a vacation, which turned out to be a total stress. The hotel does not match the declared 5 stars. Booking lists services that are not actually available. Such inconsistency is unacceptable.

Slow service and good location
This hotel has few dining options. I’ve visited so called “real Bulgarian cuisine” and wanted to compare how real it is.
Restaurant is located on the left side of the hotel. Lots of Bulgarian traditional items, but glass walls/doors and stretch ceiling do go together.
We had reservation but the table was not prepared. After we have seated, waitress put napkins and cutlery. The table is a bit higher than chairs. They are way too posh for traditional Bulgarian restaurant.
We ordered cold cuts and hot dishes. Cold cuts arrived after 45 minutes. The quality was good, but 45 minutes, really? The main dish was delivered in 60 minutes. The wine was good from kolonist winery. Whenever you go to Ukraine, I suggest to try it, great choice. At this restaurant they do not pour the wine in front of you, the bring glasses already full with wine.
On weekends they have musicians playing traditional Bulgarian music or Russian songs. The music was too loud.
Toilet is located inside of other restaurant so you need to pass by reception. The biggest surprise was hot water. There was no hot water. Well it’s not very good in the winter and for 4* star hotel. The smell was horrible. Traditional horrible smell of soviet bathrooms.
The staff in general was ok. They were always checking if we are doing fine, dirty plates were taken on time.

Very disappointing
If you want to experience how this country used to be in the USSR days visit this hotel. I paid for a suite and on arrival at my room I was met by the chambermaid laying on my bed watching TV! There was a fantastic lady on reception who was very helpful, unfortunately I don't have her name. The rest of the staff never smiled and unhelpful. Breakfast was a disaster, I certainly would never return and there must be a better hotel in Odessa, which seemed a very nice city.

Moderate hotel with little bit expensive at their service
Location is convenient for all occasions, especially for the beautiful beaches, only less than 10 minutes walk
Hotel Service is just standard also you cannot expect any help and smile by hotel staffs
Breakfast is one of the lowest standard I have ever experienced !!
