A quick night away in a relaxing location

Beautiful place to stay
We Wanted a night away over our joint birthdays and this popped up .
Booked and we’re not disappointed.
What a stunning place, superb and welcoming host. Excellent facilities and very well laid out room .
Has a guest lounge, deck area and a lovely little bar .
Breakfast was delicious, made to order and not rushed
We will be returning again and definitely would recommend.
Rye is lovely place to wander and superb independent shops to visit.. also has the sweetest little cinema.
The stay was exactly what we needed

Lovely place

This is a lovely place with consistently good service and a great breakfast!
We stayed in the windmill itself - this has great character, was light and breezy and not at all too hot during the heatwave.
It has parking and is minutes from Rye itself
Recommended.

The Rye Windmill

Absolutely a brilliant place to stay, breakfast was excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Very attentive to their guests, would highly recommend. Parking is great, and a very short walk to the town. Colleen and David

We highly reccomend!

We had the most wonderful holiday at the Rye Windmill Bed and Breakfast. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The owners were absolutely lovely throughout our entire stay, and they went above and beyond to make it extra special, even decorating our room with a thoughtful "Just Married" sign.
Their kindness, warmth and genuine passion for what they do really shine through. They took the time to recommend places to visit and restaurants to try in Rye, and every recommendation was fantastic. It was clear they truly care about ensuring their guests have the best possible experience.
The breakfast was delicious, with many options to choose from. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The B&B is charming, peaceful and full of character, making it the perfect base for exploring Rye. We highly recommend visiting, and we can’t wait to return in the future!

The most wonderful experience

We were given a very warm welcome by Toby. He had loads of great tips, both on restaurants and on the town itself, which we were really delighted with. The Windmill is a dreamy B&B, lovingly designed and run. We had a beautiful room, with a wide selection of teas, coffee, water, etc. The breakfast selection was great and everything tasted fantastic. In the evenings, we could help ourselves from the self-service bar. Truly, no wish was left unfulfilled. Everything was designed with sustainability in mind, and there was even the option to charge our electric car. Kathryn and Toby were the best hosts you could wish for.
