Far better than outdated reviews suggest

Comfortable, clean bed, clean bathroom, and yes, the toilet wobbled when I sat; but for the price and a smoke-free, quiet rim, I can live with that. Plus, owners are nice folks; a polite, agreeable family. Have stayed here a half-dozen or eight times since June.

Avoid!

Awful experience. Young Indian woman at front desk was disrespectful. The shower was so filthy none of us dared to go in. She said too bad. Dad is disabled and could not move his walker around the narrow space between them bed and the wall. A gigantic waste of $190 for a ugly room.

Horrible service

Paid almost $600 for a couples room with hot tub , and room had no heat ! Was freezing all nite and was told nothing they can do about it! Front desk was very rude and unhelpful , never again will we stay here and warn others to do the same !

Not clean and poopy plungers

It was quite dirty. There were hairs on the sheets and the floor needed to be vacuumed. The free WiFi did not reach our room. The toilet clogged easily and they gave me a plunger wrapped in plastic. The plastic came off as I was walking to the room to fix the toilet and there was poop on the plunger!!! So gross.

Needs improvement, as far as bathroom and cleaning...

Though this was our second time here,the bedroom itself was ok, the issues husband and I had were mostly in the bathroom. When stepping into the tub, the bottom was soft and moving!! like there was nothing underneath, and the white baseboards hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The cheap shower curtain had hair on it before we even stepped in. One final thing was the chair beside bed was full of dust also, along with a dirty spot on the blanket, which grossed us out. I did call management after checking out by phone of the dissatifaction, not of asking for a refund but only to let them be aware that their cleaning staff are not doing a good job at all. She told me they will soon be updating their bathrooms. For their sake I hope so and start having their staff do what luxury hotels do...clean clean clean! No one wants a dirty room to sleep or bathe in. I trust that all will improve soon, and maybe if we feel lucky that we'll be back.
