Friendly!

The Cobblestone is always the best place to stay in Wayne, NE. Friendly employees, good breakfast, and clean rooms. There are a few signs that the building is showing its age, but still a great place to stay.

Great Place to Stay in Wayne

Rooms were clean. Staff, particularly the General Manager, were great. We have family in the area so we've stayed here before and will no doubt be back.

Best customer service ever.

Everything from the initial reservation to the check out was perfect. Jeff the evening front desk attendant was way above and beyond with the customer service he provided. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the area after this great experience.

Cobblestone has always been our place to stay in Wayne but this time it seemed like the staff was all new and untrained. Breakfast had always been very good but this time it left a lot to be desired. Food items were cold or missing or even terrible. But the waffles and fresh fruit were good. On other stays we have enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies but this time they were missing until I asked for them numerous times.

The room I stayed in had a floor fan blowing. The room smelled very musty - most likely a water leak of some sort. I would recommend the hotel get the leak fixed & replace the carpet.
