Familiale, basic mais parfait
Je suis resté quasiment deux semaines logé dans cette hotel.
Au premier abord l’hotel est vraiment simple mais au final au vu de sa situation géographique, la gentillesse du staff, la propreté avec nettoyage des chambres tous les jours, et au vu des prix sur le secteur on se rend compte que cette hotel est tout simplement excellent.
Amateur de grand luxe passez votre chemin cet endroit ne sera pas fait vous.
Sans oublier de mentionner que ma chambre avait tout de même une vue mer en bonus.

Unfortunate experience at this hotel with PESIMO SERVICE.
Unfortunate experience at this horrendous Hotel. To begin with, the facilities were downright bad, in the room we were in: very small, to the point that you could barely walk; television above a small ice cream maker, obviously you could not see it covered by a cucheta (bunk bed).
In the "small print" of its website, among several services, it said "breakfast", which obviously after my complaint on Booking they immediately took it out.
I admit that prices on carnival days go up, but paying $316 for 2 nights (and without breakfast), in such a hotel, is frankly nonsense. Unfortunately we hired you without taking into account the additional 10% VAT, which we were charged of course.
It doesn't even have cold water to give customers, at the Reception sometimes there aren't people for a long time (it's not the fault of the employee but how the service is organized in the hotel), the mattress in the room was sunk into the sides, which cost me almost one night without sleep, and the next day with pains and discomfort.
I don’t understand how such an “establishment” can be working, and charge those prices... Plus now I have photos of several things I say, since I’ve seen other ex-clients complaining as much or worse than me.

The worst hotel Uruguay !!!!
This hotel is absolutely disgraceful. It falls short of even the most basic hygiene standards. As a frequent traveler, my time is too precious to be squandered in such a revolting establishment, The conditions here are not just unsanitary but hazardous, with an overpowering odor of urine and structural instability that poses serious risks. The owner must be held accountable for subjecting guests to such appalling conditions, and property booking platforms must step up to their responsibility by delisting this property. It's evident that the people in charge are nothing but deceitful con artists .i have worked in several Third World countries. I have never encountered such despicable conditions as this Hotel , disgusting.

Basic hotel near the bus terminal
Inexpensive hotel located right behind the bus terminal. Very basic rooms. Given the price, one certainly doesn't expect luxury, however the bathroom was in dire need of maintenance/remodeling: broken tiles, ancient plumbing fixtures. Reasonably comfortable bed and pillow. Decent wifi.
Quite a bit of noise from the restaurant area until midnight, then reasonably quiet.
Basic breakfast.

Muy bueno
Para un hotel de precios módicos, la relación precio-calidad está súper bien.
Está frente a la terminal de bus, así que la ubicación es inmejorable, enfrente a “Los Dedos”, la playa brava de un lado y la mansa del otro a unos pocos pasos.
El desayuno es sencillo pero cumple con su función, quizás le agregaría unas frutas y probar con otros jugos porque no eran ricos los que habían pero lo demás estaba más que bien.
El personal es muy amable, tanto en el buffet como en el desk.
El hotel es limpio, ninguna queja sólo diría que arreglen la ventana del primer piso habitación 109 porque es imposible abrirla o cerrarla sin temor a que se desprenda parte del marco. Y además, deberían colocar alguna alfombra para la salida del baño, ya que las habitaciones cuentan con alfombras.
Todo lo demás muy bien.
