Spring Hill. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with useful kitchenette facilities that made the stay even more convenient.
The location was quiet yet close to Brisbane CBD, making it easy to explore the city. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.

Punthill Spring Hill is a pet-friendly property; however, a pet cleaning fee applies to all stays with pets. This fee is disclosed on our booking platforms, typically within the rate conditions and property policies, and is also communicated via a follow-up message prior to arrival wherever possible.

Disappointing
I booked a three-person room for two people to have more room, and I liked the idea of a bed around the corner for more privacy, as I was sharing with my nephew. We booked for two weeks. Looking at the diagram, it showed one single wardrobe and one double wardrobe, plenty of space (so I thought), and all the hotel pictures looked good.
The facts
1 The room had one single wardrobe with 7 hangers no drawers, so we lived out of our cases for two weeks
2 I was shocked to find out that if you are staying for more than a week, then you only get housekeeping every 7 days. Our bins were overflowing, so they made an exception and agreed to collect them after 5 days and told us we could collect clean towels ourselves from reception
3 The staff are very friendly
4 The beds are clean and very comfortable, but the hotel is a bit tired
5 The pool is cold and very shabby
6 I was not impressed with the balcony furniture

We did also offer the change to cancel your reservation on multiple occasions prior to your stay.
