Holiday l very pleasant in peace and tranquility

Hotel with very good cost benefit. Located well in the debt of the two cities Gramado / Canela. Parallel street of Av. Hortensias (at the back of the museum of Cera) open parking in front of the hotel and quite large; very quiet and safe place with very nearby commerce and restaurants. Use of transportation by application very easy, fair run and easy to be accepted Hotel staff and very polite and helpful (reception 24 hs - all excellent and attentive) always willing to solve any difficulty and guide the tourist. Compatible room with hotel rating, European-style furniture. Given that the attraction is to visit the city the room and only for rest as comfortable bed, clean and changing towels daily. Breakfast full and with various options, of course it is not a colonial coffee; but variety in: breads, juices, cakes and hot foods. Highlight also the real estate quotas consultant of the network Laghetto a Késia, she presented and aggregated information of projects in the city and tips for tours and in the end we still earned a courtesy for knowing the project.

Simple hotel, comfortable and with great service

By the reviews I had read before I stayed, I confess I was even a little scared. Fortunately, my experience was quite different.
The reception staff was a grace: everyone very polite, attentive and kind. Considering the amount paid, the hotel delivers a great cost-benefit. The rooms are comfortable and the cleaning was done daily.
The shower takes a while to warm up because it's the gas, but after it warms up, the bath is excellent. The TV takes only two channels; I believe a Smart TV would make a big difference in guest experience.
The breakfast is well served and met my expectations. I liked it. The hotel is a little away from the center, but it's easy to get an Uber, and the cost of the ride isn't usually high.
The only point that really bothered me was the approach of the quota seller. At some times, she insisted a lot, even after I said she had no interest, which turned out to be a little uncomfortable.

Constant harassment of Laghetto Network sellers!

The staff were always polite and helpful. But the downsides were the fact that the TV has only two channels (open TV), and the air conditioning only works to cool and not to heat. The shower, however, was very good. The breakfast was weak, but the worst was the harassment of the Laghetto chain quota sellers at the hotel reception. They call us to offer dinners, tours, gifts, but it's all for us to watch a presentation in which we will be offered quotas of hotels to buy. And insistence is a real horror! Total disrespect for this business group!

Theft of money in the room

Horrible bathroom

I stayed with my family from 07 to 11/07/25, in room 321, on arrival everything was ok, we were welcomed well, the breakfast is good, the room was cleaned every day and the towels changed, the room is old and needs to be renovated, but the bathroom is horrible, the smell of sewage that ended up moving into the room, the bathroom had no window and was mining water from the rejoints, the shower came out little water, we were going to ask for room replacement, but arriving at the reception, there was a guest complaining of a leak in the bathroom and the receptionist was informing that he could not do anything because the hotel was crowded and then we gave up.
