Staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and easy to walk to attractions.

A perfect centre-city hotel!

The hotel is perfectly situated in the centre city for walking and also near subway, trams and buses. The hotel itself has pleasant staff and a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are perfectly clean, comfortable and quiet. We could not have made a better decision than to stay here.

It was a quiet, beautiful experience.

The rooms were spacious, and the sofa bed transformed into a very large bed. The beds were comfortable. There were no slippers, but there was a safe and a TV. The bathroom amenities were nice. There were bathrobes and towels. If you purchased an additional package, you need to inform us about your request. We hadn't turned on the air conditioner because it was blowing cold air, but it felt warm when the system was turned on in the evening. There's a parking lot right next door, and the receptionist can open the door with a remote control. The fee is 12 Euros, but they can help. We were pleased. It's located in the city center, right near Nevsky Cathedral.

Really nice hotel, clean, spacious and well furnished rooms, friendly and helpful staff, renovated and fresh building, nice terrace, good breakfast, and very good hotel position. Highly recommended

Price-performance fine, overall recommended.

We had a friendly welcome. The receptionist tried to complete the check-in easily and quickly, as we only arrived around midnight and were accordingly very tired. We found that very attentive.
Otherwise, the stay overall was also very pleasant. We stayed in the older part of the hotel. The rooms were nicely renovated though, even if you had to notice signs of wear and damage at one point or another. Nevertheless, we felt it was clean and optimal for a city break. For whom it is important, the water pressure is decent
Due to the central location you are within walking distance of the popular sights. Nevertheless, it must be mentioned that the hotel is located directly opposite a school. Therefore, especially during the week, there can be a high volume by the students. Also, the hotel is located just below the airport's flight path, so sleeping with the window open is not recommended. But the entire city is very close to the airport, which is probably why this is inevitable in some hotels.
The check-out was unfortunately unfriendly by an unkempt employee. We wanted to buy a souvenir at the hotel, but he didn't know how to sell it and said it wouldn't work because it was just decoration. Funfact - there was a price list next to the stuff. We took was that he was very overwhelmed with it and therefore also treated us very unkindly.
