Good location, great service

The hotel gives everything a guest could ask for -very close to the beach location, in the middle of wonderful garden; very friendly service and great area to discover all around. Breakfast was delicious, I recommend it!

I can't recommend it to anyone.

The room was not clean. Small and too expensive for the price. You kept coming cigarette smoke from a room downstairs. In the evening and at night you heard music. There was no transfer although it was stated. Everything is old. The beds uncomfortable. No or no good internet connection.

Amazing atmosphere

Location is good, quiet place with amazing fresh air but room are average with poorly designed bedrooms and bathroom... dont expects too much but overall its an 7 out of 10. Weve been there just the three of us and theres a nice kitchen and living room with lovely porch and a shared garden with an uncleaned pool and poor breakfast.

problem with "ride from and to the airport included in price"

Complex Maxim is located near the beach but not so close to the city of Varna. I booked it via booking.com and there is written that transport from and to the airport are included in the price but we had to argue with the manager in order to get a free ride. Also he is not answering to the msgs written on booking so we ended up waiting for him at the airport when we came there and eventually had to pay for the taxi to the property, wake him up and ask for our room (we arrived early but we wrote him that we will)
The room was nice and clean. Breakfast which is included in the price is a bit poor, but eatable.

Good location, bad service

Very good location, close to bus station and beach, but 6 days without somebody cleaning the room, bad breakfast, unfriendly staff and they really don't speak english...We payes when we check in, and we were forced to leave tip because they pretend they don't have change....If I'm happy I will tip you, dont force me.
