We had a great stay, though note that the tower rooms only have a fan, and they are without air conditioning. This was ok for us as it was only about 24C. The room was very clean, and we enjoyed the included breakfast.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

At first, we were given an accessible room for people with disabilities, and the smell inside was absolutely terrible. I asked to change the room, and they moved us to the room next door. However, the new room was connected to the previous room by shared interior doors between the two rooms. Even though the doors were locked, the sound isolation was terrible.
Every time the people staying in the accessible room opened or closed their main entrance door, the air pressure caused the shared interior doors between our rooms to bang loudly, constantly waking us up and making it impossible to sleep properly. On top of that, I could clearly hear conversations, movements, and other noises from the neighboring room as if the walls did not exist.
The room itself was also extremely dirty. There was dust everywhere — above the bed, on the lamps, and on the bedside tables. The carpet looked filthy, and the bathroom floor was sticky. The entire room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. On top of that, the bathroom light was constantly flickering, and there was even someone else’s hair left on the bathtub walls.
This room was absolutely not worth the nearly $200 price tag. For that amount of money, I expected at least a clean, quiet, and properly maintained room, but instead the experience was completely unacceptable.
Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I would never stay here again.

Bed was okay but bathroom and lobby can’t hide the old and haven’t been updated long time. It just doesn’t match with the price I paid.

The staff at the desk were friendly. The room was clean. I was disappointed because there was just a coffee maker, a fridge and a TV. There was no microwave to warm up a dinner. The coffee maker I used to make a cup of tea.
It was summer so the price was very high.

Very. Disappointing of the front desk staff on July 18. I had a room booked for 2 nights July 17-19 I am from the mainland so I had emergency at home and had to check out early seems like they really didn't care and were all about the money when I was told you can check out early but you won't get any money back you paid for 2 nights. The money is not the problem it is the customer service these are the people that greet your customers.
