Stayed just one night, everything was clear and really worth it for the price I got it for. Never heard back from the WhatsApp number, but in the Hotels app they were responsive. The public door also seemed to work poorly.

This is NOT a hotel. It's a house that was converted into small studio apartments that are rented out short-term. The apartment was clean, modern and in good condition. There is a full kitchen and washer/dryer.
BUT, there are no services at all. After I received the confirmation, I saw that it said there is no reception. All registration is done on-line. The instructions were unclear and inaccurate. There is a 24/7 phone number and email given. This is a lie. I tried to call the number several times and was only able to reach someone once. The woman who answered sounded like she was answering her home phone and had very little information. I was unsure if I would actually be able to check into the property. I was given a 6-digit code to open the front door. It turned out I only need to press 1 to open the door. Not very secure. Once in the room, I had trouble working the AC and signing into the TV. It took a few hours to figure them out. Again, there was no one to call for assistance. If there had been a real emergency at the property, I wouldn't have been able to contact anyone. This is not what i expect at a "hotel".
The room is very nice and the price is reasonable, but if you stay here, you are completely on your own.

The accommodation was in a really great area! Close to a beautiful park, cute restaurants and shops, close to metro, and great atmosphere. Bike lane right outside.
The room had mostly what we needed. Needed more towels - only two body towels provided. Almost no clothing storage - there was one small chest of drawers that had dirty socks and bundled up sheets (cleanliness unknown).
Listing has potential but could use a bit more attention to cleanliness and expected amenities.
Overall we had a great stay! Aside from the few drawbacks the location was phenomenal and made this visit all worthwhile.

My family stayed at this hotel for four days in early June 2026. Although the hotel is located in an excellent area, the actual condition and quality of the property fell far short of the photos and descriptions provided by the owner.
The room was much smaller than expected, and the overall cleanliness could be significantly improved.
I would not recommend this hotel to families traveling with children. Given the price, there are certainly better accommodation options available in the area.
