The hotel was close to restaurant and shopping centers. The staff was helpful and offered a good customer service. The bed was confortable but hôtel would need renovation.

Staffs are helpful I left something inside room after check out which is not important but the staff call me to let me know I ask him to trash it. It is nice for them to call customer.

The room was clean, and the sheets and bathroom were also clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated.
However, there was a very strong unpleasant odor coming from the carpet, especially in the hallways. Unfortunately, the smell was also noticeable inside the room, which made it difficult to feel completely comfortable during my stay.
The location was convenient, and overall the property has some positive aspects, but the carpet odor really affected my experience. I hope this can be addressed in the future, as the cleanliness of the room itself was good.

Bathroom needs update, bathtub wasn’t that clean, once you open the room there was a bad smell guest from old carpet. The AC was noisy. Upon check out mentioned to the reception regarding the AC

Quite a high price for a hotel which needed updating. Ok for a base for a couple of nights on our road trip around Eastern Canada. Quite a way from Quebec City, but used the park and ride to get the bus to the centre. Wouldn't choose to stay here again. The photos make it look a lot nicer than what it actually was.
