Wonderful stay at lake lodge

We had a fabulous time at lake lodge. We stayed here for three nights & Pamela was an amazing host. The breakfast and rooms were amazing and the views were incredible. Perfect place to enjoy the city and take day trips to the parks. Thank you for a great stay Pamela!

Incredible location on a slope overlooking the lake. The on site manager is warm and attentive. It is secluded from Pucón without being far away. I wish we could have stayed longer. The only real downside is the short unpaved road to the property. We managed fine with an SUV two wheeled drive. 4WD might be helpful but not necessary.

Lake Lodge AMAZING

We stayed here for two nights over our honeymoon. It was amazing and Pamela is one of the greatest hosts we’ve experienced. Great breakfast and incredible recommendations / connections. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. Perfect place to enjoy the city without being directly in the craziness of the city square. I would recommend a capable vehicle to get through some mountain trail, but the views are well well worth it.

One of the best experiences in pucon

We loved the lodge! The spacious rooms, the bed very comfortable, warm, the view with sunsets and sunrises every day different and beautiful, and breakfast the best, pamela very concerned always, thanks to its recommendations, is perfect to relax, be calm, enjoy the views

Imperfect attention

This my assessment is about care... It's about empathy...
I had booked this hotel on a long trip, in which we would pass through several cities...
The day we were going to Pucon, our car broke... didn't turn and we were in Villa la angostura...
We had to remove the car to Bariloche, where the dealership...
Then I start talking about Pamela...
That sent me a message to know what time we were coming, and at that moment I told what was going on...
Pamela was caring, concerned, caring all the time... until we came to the conclusion that she would not go...
She canceled everything... without charge... knowing of my tremendous sadness... because we were celebrating 30 years of marriage...
Pamela, we'll definitely meet someday, so I'll go to Pucon and stay at Lake Lodge.
And that in this life they have more Pamelas.
Vc was sensational!!!!!
