you will be happy if you arrived Dubrovnik either by bus or boat as hotel within 10 mins walk only, you don’t need to carry your baggage to old town to find your staying site
hotel is clean and have balcony
breakfast is almost the best l ever tried so far
you can walk to old town ~ 2km away or by bus which bus station is not too far way

I really wanted to like this place because the staff members were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the quality of the room rendered it impossible to get a good night's rest.
The bed was extremely old and completely lacked support—the moment you lie down, it dips almost all the way to the floor. It was absurdly uncomfortable and left me with a terrible night's sleep. To make matters worse, the bath towels were severely aged, completely frayed at the edges, and clearly long overdue for the trash.
While I appreciate the wonderful customer service, management urgently needs to invest in basic room maintenance. Beds and linens are hospitality fundamentals, and until they are replaced, I cannot recommend staying here.

Great staff and clean but the ac died the last night and I could sleep it was too hot I also changed my reservation and need a credit for one night

The location is great. Very close to Port Gruz and bus station. The staff are incredibly nice, helpful and friendly.

The staff couldn’t help enough.
We had a few minor issues with the TV and the Fridge, but they were rectified by the time we returned from our day out.
