Excellent location in the old town

The room we had in ID Regal Residence was large, clean, well-decorated, with plenty of storage. The bed was large and very comfortable. The location is fabulous, and right next to an excellent restaurant: the Bokeria Wine Bar, as well as plenty of good breakfast locations. Value for money was excellent.
The only downside is that it is on the third floor (that's fourth floor if you are North American) up six flights of stairs. That's far from unusual in the old city. There isn't a luggage room, but we left luggage inside the ID Regal Residence locked door until we could get in the room, and did the same when we left. This means it is not inside the room, but only people in the three other rooms could see it. We had no trouble.

Lovely decorated comfortable quiet room in the heart of the city

Just leaving our room after a weeks stay here. The room is very well presented with everything you need including smart tv, kettle fridge hairdryer and safe. It's right in the middle of the city surrounded by restaurants bars cafes shops and all the historical sights. The bed was unbelievable! Super large and very comfortable indeed. Very quiet at night. Daily cleaning with towel changes and water. Only one consideration and that's the six flights of stairs no lift but you get used to it after a bit. Definitely recommend this place to stay in spilt.

Lovely room for shorter period

This is self check-in, well cleaned, good location right in the old town. If you have a heavy suitcase, you have to carry it 4 floors up, but there is air conditioning to cool off with. If you feel like a little lighter food, there are restaurants right outside the door.

For a pleasant stay in the old town

More guest rooms than a real hotel. Very well located without noise pollution. All places to visit are less than 10 minutes away on foot. Smooth exchanges via messaging with the host who booked us a taxi for departure.
Just know that the rooms are upstairs without an elevator and that breakfast (very good) is in a restaurant 2 minutes away.

Great stay in Split

In the heart of the city, very tastefully renovated and a super friendly host - Ivo!!! We spent here 2 nights as a family of 5 and felt very comfortable and could explore the city walking as the place is located ideally. Bars, restaurants and breakfast places all around and the host is happy to recommend the best choices
