Extremely helpful staff even in a pinch, helped us navigate not only the city but best way to travel out to the rest of the country. The hotel is also near several wonderful restaurants and bars that are in walking distance. Room was always clean when we came back from the day.

Hotel review.

Overall good experience!
At little far from the main town but it was quiet which is what we like. Atmosphere was good, friendly staff, had somewhat good English which was helpful. Lady at the desk told us we had been upgraded free of charge which was a bonus! The room was spacious. Quite big was warm, and cosy. However the bath is a big fat NOOOOO!! My partner fell and bruised all her leg and smashed her face into the bathtub luckily enough she hasn’t done anything but no doubt she will have a bruise there tomorrow. They need a slip mat or just a shower because it’s dangerous. The toilet was a little too low down cleanliness was ok. Don’t think our beds got made I don’t know if that was because we made them or not. Also The fridge in the room freezes stuff you put in it. It came out blocks of ice. Overall good value for money just a few little things that need some attention.

Great hotel Great food Peace and quiet!

Great hotel clean, good choice of breakfast, definitely stay again. 20 mins from airport, 15 mins on bus from all the attractions.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Ehrlich, which is a very comfortable hotel in Zizkov. Just a couple of minor tweaks to my room needed, such as fixing the broken shower door and inserting a plug socket next to the bed for greater convenience.

Multiple issues – not a 4-star hotel

I stayed at this hotel in July 2025. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the price was very reasonable. I also tried the breakfast on my last day — it was good, with plenty of variety.
However, the room itself had quite a few issues. The sink had almost no water pressure, the bathroom light wasn’t working properly, and the switch was faulty too. The bathroom door didn’t close, and half of the shower door was missing. On top of that, my room was located right next to the elevator, so there was a lot of noise from the hallway, especially in the evening hours.
The hotel is about 3 km from the city center, which might not be ideal for everyone. Overall, I think it’s more of a 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star one.
