The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Modern decor was delightful and breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Our room was air conditioned as well. A small hotel by US standards, but we enjoyed our stay. Convenient to Gare du St. Lazare train station for travel to Normandy beaches.

Place to distrust

I have a reservation with this hotel, 2 days after booking (not at the time) they tell me that they have been hacked and that the price has been a mistake (only the price and they only notice it 2 days later), instead of trying to talk to booking that usually bears part of the costs or assume the mistake they tell me to cancel (they also refuse to do it), on the other hand the chull, unpleasant, rude treatment. I don’t know exactly what happened but I’ve worked in hotels and this is not usual, usually possible mistakes are assumed so as not to harm the client. Right now the last thing I want is to stay there but on top of that I am traveling and I have to find my own life. What said site to disconnect trust

Dear SIRS,
You forgot to say that the 2 others victims are Booking.com and our hotel!
We got 200 hundreds booking to handle. We tried hardly to inform the guests but it take time. Sorry.
We filed a complaint with the police and the CNIL ( French Data Protection Authority)
We are resolving the problem now.We will be happy to welcoming you another time.

Horrifying.

The hotel does not deserve even half a star. I spent 8 days there in April of this year, and it was a horrible experience. Poor treatment at the reception, there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, they never provided it, and the breakfast was very poor. It is a scam to rate it with 3 stars.

Tenemos jabon y shampoo AZZARO desde 2008 en todas las 36 habitaciones del hotel: tenemos 1 quadruple 2 triples y 33 habitaciones doble o bien con dos camas en el centro de Paris.El buffet desayuno cuesta 14 euros por persona e incluye huevos revueltos, salsifas, yogurt, pure de manzana , queso embutidos variados , crusanes, pain aux chocolatsaux raisons, empanadillas de manzana, brioche,baguette, cerales, pan , pan sin gluten, pan nordico, avena, almendras,ciruelas pasas , arandanos rojos, bebidas calientes y una variedad de zumos de frutas

Great Boutique in Paris St. Lazare

Fantastic Hotel by the train station. Newly updated rooms with comfortable beds. Very small, but enough for a few days. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The night desk clerk spoke great English, even though we speak French as well. Did not have the breakfast. If you are looking for a newly remodeled and affordable hotel in Paris by St. Lazare, this is it!

Decent

Decent stay of 3 nights as a couple.
The hotel is very well located, the room is a bit old, but the bedding is comfortable.
On the other hand, the breakfast lacks options and variety.
The reception welcome was also disappointing: 15 minutes of waiting to retrieve our luggage, before we were finally told to go get it ourselves from an open and unsecured luggage area.
The rooms are also a bit noisy and poorly insulated.

Nous sommes un hôtel dans un quartier historique de Paris à deux pas de l'Opéra Garnier, des Grands Magasins, de la mythique Place Vendôme. L'immeuble date du 19ème Siècle et nous adaptons le confort moderne avec le charme de l'ancienneté. Au plaisir de vous recevoir tout une autre fois.
