We only stayed here for one day and night, but it was an amazing experience. Everything was exactly as it should be. The room was clean. The service and staff were really friendly. The air-conditioning worked well and the location was good too.

Really gorgeous hotel in a nice quiet area, but close enough to central Paris in the metro. Family friendly, lovely rooms and a great swimming pool and spa facilities. Breakfast could be improved by ensuring the hash browns, and scrambled egg etc are kept warm if not hot. This food was cold each morning which was a tiny bit disappointing. Other than this though, a really great place to stay.

Lovely hotel, rooms, breakfast, staff and location. Would definitely use again.

They downgraded my room because “they overbooked” even though I booked this room months ago and paid for it. Additionally, when I booked the room I requested a quiet room facing away from the street, and they gave me a downgraded room FACING the street. It ended up being quiet enough for us to sleep, but the principle of downgrading our room when we already booked and paid for a different room and then giving me the opposite of what I asked for was quite upsetting. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Our stay here was fantastic. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were all lovely and very kind. They spoke English which helped a great deal too. They were more than willing to help us find locations of stores and call a taxi. The room itself was great. The air conditioning worked very good in our room and the black out curtains blocked all the sun light which was helpful for sleeping in. All in all I would stay here again and recommend it for others too!
