Excellent hotel, service and attentiveness. Huge thank you to Joseph!
The rooms themselves were a dream. Beautifully appointed with views that were simply stunning. I kept picturing how magical it would be to have the Eiffel Tower view, but our vista was equally captivating. The beds were pure comfort! The windows had built in blinds to ensure darkness that was achieved by a switch. Every single day, our room was left spotless, the bed perfectly made, and our tea supplies replenished. It’s the little touches like that, managed with such care, that make a real difference. We also indulged in the spa facilities, which were just as magnificent as the rest of the hotel. The steam room, in particular, was incredibly intense and rejuvenating. The bathrobes and slippers provided just also elevated the whole experience.
The location of the hotel was very convenient, with the metro being about a 5 minute walk away and other transports which were right outside also made the location of the hotel great.
Celebrating my partner's birthday here was the perfect choice! He was absolutely over the moon! While there's an option for a special room setup at an additional cost, I can honestly say it was worth every penny for the sheer joy it brought. Throughout our entire stay, Joseph was the perfect host. He anticipated our needs, resolved any minor query with lightning speed, and consistently made us feel so incredibly valued. His dedication and genuine desire to ensure our happiness were incredible. This hotel has been the best place I have ever stayed. We're already planning our return. This hotel, and especially Joseph, have set a new benchmark for luxury and hospitality!
