Simple guesthouse with nice hosts
The guesthouse is located directly on the beach, where you can swim and snorkel. In a few minutes walk you get to Matira Beach. A magnificent long sandy beach. Interestingly, it was never full. Even if the parking lots overflowed. Here you can watch rays from the shore. The buddies are extremely curious and basically harmless for now.
The bungalows are not a luxury that one suspects on Bora Bora. But it's quite enough. I didn't want to sleep more than that anyway. The internet works well and is sufficiently fast.
In the reception of the guesthouse you can book various excursions. There is a wide range of shore and water excursions.
Breakfast is served freshly on the terrace each morning. It was definitely enough. For dinner you can go to The Lucky House Fare Manuia just around the corner. If you are more than one person, you should reserve here in advance. The food is good and value for money is still ok. There are other restaurants nearby.
To experience Bora Bora, you should drive around the main island either by rental car or rental moped. There is something to discover everywhere and beautiful views are also available. If you don't want to drive yourself, there are plenty of great excursions. A trip to the lagoon is also not to be missed.

We also loved the relaxing lanai area and the friendly cats on the property... such a charming touch! The atmosphere was peaceful, authentic, and exactly what we were hoping for in Bora Bora. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront experience on a budget.Note that this property is not fancy but comfortable.

Bungalow 2A.
The accommodation is basic and without frills, which corresponds to the local style, but it needs a major refresh. A kitchen window was broken, and a standing fan was not working (which would have been helpful since it gets quite hot at night, and it is not recommended to leave the windows open due to past thefts). The window above the double bed is no longer functioning properly, so it is impossible to lock it. To store your belongings, there is one piece of furniture with six compartments and a narrow column to hang some clothes on hangers. The bathroom is very dark and does not appear very clean (the accommodation as a whole, by the way).
Finally, if you rent a car for your stay, the guesthouse does not have parking, and you will need to park at the public beach of Matira and walk there (less than 5 minutes on foot).
Despite this, their tree-lined path is cute and well-maintained, and the beach at the end is very beautiful (note, there are not enough tables for everyone to enjoy the setting with a drink).
We chose this guesthouse to introduce Bora Bora to our loved ones, and if I had to do it again, I would book elsewhere.

Nous sommes navrés que le logement ne vous ai pas convenu, mais il a été entièrement renové intérieurement au début de cette année.
Effectivement, nous n'avons pas de parking privé, ce qui est précisé sur notre site internet ou sur tous les sites de réservation en ligne.
Il n'est pas utile d'avoir un véhicule lorsque vous êtes à village temanuata, car toutes les commodités sont à moins de 10 minutes à pied.
Nous ferons part de vos remarques sur la propreté du logement à nos femmes de ménage.
Nous avons toujours des ventilateurs en stock si besoin en cas de panne.
