Hotel right in the city center

Superb hotel, spacious and comfortable room with a great view of the Elbe, I recommend the breakfast, a feast!
Very welcoming, professional, and smiling staff, very much appreciated. English essential. German better. No French.
All-you-can-eat buffet dinner with many different varieties
According to our guide, it was an old grain silo, hence the height of this hotel

Brunch experience

We were guests for brunch and everything was perfect: air-conditioned rooms, well-maintained ambiance, very friendly service, and, last but not least, delicious food!

Pleasant hotel on the edge of the old town.

The hotel is located on the edge of the old town next to the congress center by the Elbe, all attractions within walking distance, the well-kept room facing the Elbe was large, equipped with a minibar and safe, the air conditioning was not very effective, which is certainly a problem in heat, for my dog there were a blanket, bowl, and treats ready, parking is available in the connected underground garage of the congress center, the breakfast buffet was very plentiful, there is a nice terrace, unfortunately, the view of the Elbe is restricted by a vacant lot and a large mound of earth, definitely recommendable, especially if traveling with a dog, there are dog walking opportunities directly by the Elbe.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie insbesondere unsere Lage am Rand der Altstadt, die Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, das großzügige Zimmer mit Elbblick sowie unser reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet genießen konnten. Besonders schön ist es zu lesen, dass auch Ihr vierbeiniger Begleiter sich bei uns willkommen gefühlt hat und die Gassimöglichkeiten entlang der Elbe nutzen konnte.
Vielen Dank auch für Ihre Hinweise. Die derzeitige Baustelle hinter dem Hotel liegt leider außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs. Wir bedauern, dass dadurch der Blick auf die Elbe eingeschränkt war. Ebenso nehmen wir Ihren Hinweis zur Klimaanlage dankend auf und werden diesen intern prüfen.

Outstanding service in the piano bar.

A fantastic evening in the piano bar at Maritim Dresden. Soccer atmosphere in the bar, with delicious drinks and small snacks to match the game. Game of the German team. In almost every corner of the bar, one could follow the game live. The three-person service team: Bar manager Pierre, Franz Hanisch with his charming manner, and the restaurant manager were happily available for all guests. Despite the full bar, newly arriving guests were immediately served, and empty glasses were noticed. Everything was of the best quality, with a positive vibe and always a kind word. This was indeed an outstanding performance. We would gladly return.

Excellent Sunday lunch on the occasion of a 70th birthday. Birthday

We celebrated the Sunday lunch for a 70th birthday with a total of 19 people – and it was a thoroughly successful experience from start to finish. Even during the planning, the team was extremely friendly, flexible, and well-organized. The service on this special day was a real highlight.
Despite our large group, we were always served attentively, promptly, and with a smile. Drinks were quickly replenished, empty plates were unobtrusively cleared away, and the staff always had an open ear for individual requests. Particularly pleasant was the calm, confident manner in which the team kept track of everything. Once again, a special thank you to Ms. Polz.
The buffet was varied, lovingly arranged, and of very high quality in taste. From fresh appetizers to several main courses and delicious desserts, everything one could wish for a festive Sunday lunch was available. The dishes were regularly replenished, allowing everyone to serve themselves at their leisure.
The room was very attractively prepared, with enough space for our large group. The atmosphere was festive yet relaxed – just right for a family occasion like this.
All guests were delighted and felt completely at ease. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Sunday lunch and would like to thank the entire team once again for the excellent service.
