Don't do it!
When you enter the bathroom you get it with the legacies,
of previous guests to do not only hair, but a fat film
in the shower floor and hair throughout the room.
On the notice at the reception the staff allegedly cleaned, the hair
and wool mice under the table and cupboard remained unnoticed.
The trash can in the room and bathroom were emptied only after three days,
and used glasses remained unchanged until departure.
There is no safe where you can store a laptop or tablet.
The carpet in the entrance area is extremely dirty and in the yard there is feces.
Enough?
Ah the breakfast, always only until 10:00 with a slow start at 9:30
clear, there is flower coffee from the vending machine and on request for bread
excessive,
at a price of 165€ a real outrage !

זה לא מלון זה מקסימום הוסטל , רחוק מאוד מהעיר ואין מה לעשות באיזור , החדרים ממש קטנים ולא נעימים , לא מחלפים מגבות אלא רק אם מבקשים ולא ממלאים מה שנגמר . המחיר גבוהה ולא מצדיק לשלם כ"כ הרבה בשביל הוסטל
This is not a hotel, it's more of a hostel, very far from the city and there's nothing to do in the area, the rooms are really small and not comfortable, they don't change towels except if you ask and they don't refill what's gone. The price is high and doesn't justify paying so much for a hostel.

Disappointing service
Because we were 40 minutes late for check-out, a lady at the reception (presumably the owner) took our bags and refused to return them unless we paid money to the cleaning staff. When we refused, she called the police and threw us out. Very disappointing service.

Hotel OK, staff at reception underground!!!
The hotel is really ok in itself, the service at the reception really in arrogance, even by Bavarian standards, hard to top.
That you have to reserve a parking space far in advance because there are far too few in the hotel: OK, could have asked me before.
That you can hardly sleep as the football team of Germany won against Denmark during the European Championship: OK, what can the hotel do for it, I am happy for my German colleagues.
That you share a balcony with the roommates who are obviously chain smokers: Well, it's just one night. And the room itself is absolutely fine.
The fact that you have mutated into an early riser yourself by your own children and breakfast does not start until 08:00 on Sundays and holidays: what the hell, the night was quite short anyway due to the noise, and waiting 1.5 hours before you can go for breakfast gives you the opportunity to do the hairstyle for the day.
Coming into the breakfast room at 08:00, and finding no bread, bread rolls or other pastries, waiting 35 minutes, no one showing up from the hotel staff is then no longer ok. But: Things can always go wrong.
Then I asked at check-out what happened: Answer: "We've run out of pastries"
When asked how this can be, if the room is only available for breakfast at 08:00: Answer: "Well, that's just it"
For my suggestion that I waited 35 minutes: Answer: "Yeah, I got something new there"
When asked how they want to meet us here: Answer: "What do you think, from 09:00 there were pastries again anyway."
On my suggestion that I will probably not stay at this hotel again: "That's not my problem. Is their decision".
For those who will feel the same way: In 2 minutes walking distance there is a wonderful bakery. Good coffee, very good selection of pastries, friendly service.

Thefts and Terrible customer service
The hotel was clean, but we had a theft and a breakage in our room while we were out. My hair straighteners were broken on the floor (and I had left them on the bedside table), and a necklace and (bizarrely) my partner’s trousers were stolen. We were told that the cost of the hair straighteners would be reimbursed by the hotel’s insurance. I gave them all the details and have chased the hotel 3 times via email with no response or reimbursement. A really negative experience for us.
