The rooms are nicely designed and chic. I also like the swivel TV so we can watch TV at the bed and on the dining table.

Sometimes well, sometimes with choking danger
The apartments are in good condition and the location is top, but unfortunately several apartments are rented on the upper floors where it would be forbidden to rent them out as they are insufficiently ventilated.
The fresh air supply is not only "insufficient", but almost completely absent. There is no ventilation via air conditioning and the only window that can be opened has another glazing directly behind it which cannot be opened. The only fresh air can pass through the smallest ventilation slots between these windows.
Since it is the only window that can be opened at all, it is not even possible to create a passage between two windows. The bedroom has no window to open at all.
The air quality is so poor, even after half a day of nobody being in the apartment, the air feels like a party lasting several hours just ended a few minutes ago - and there's no way to change that.
200€ per night for apartments that are not allowed to rent (!) and where the landlord has to face penalties is a bottomless naughtiness.
The staff on the ground just said:
"It's always been the case, we can't change anything about it"
This is not the first time I have stayed in an apartment of Cloud NO7. My first stay was great, from the experience I described above irrevocably distorts my overall impression into the extremely negative.

Worth an experience!!!!!

It's always great! The location is in my eighth TOP!
You have a large shopping center with restaurants right next door and is by S-Bahn (within 2 minutes) at the main station or city center.
My son this time, in the tall building, as far up as possible
(Cloud No.7).
So we have this book. (is next to the JAZ hotel)
We booked the "PANORAMA GRAND SUITE", with the note to get a room on the upper floors.......
The check-in was different from usual hotels, but this one I found good and very personal.
When we entered the room, we were "BAFF" for a start.
My son just said, "wow, like in a villa :-) ".
The room was really MEGA......!!!!!!
We were otherwise very happy with everything, but when I book a room where price is a lot higher, like a standard room, I also thought we would get a room on the upper floors.
Normally, the more expensive the room is, the more luxurious, so the view counts. The luxury was top......
But unfortunately we were only on 9. Floor.
Any rooms where cheaper are probably higher up.....
I would definitely book the hotel again, but only after telephone consultation....
