The prize and quality are in a very good balance. Personnel was kind and helpful. Everything was clean and location is excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at Chloe Hotel in Budapest! The hotel has a perfect central location, within walking distance of everything you want to see and experience in the city. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable with everything we needed for a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire hotel gave a very positive impression. We are extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central and comfortable stay in Budapest!

Very unpleasant experience.
I made a reservation directly through the hotel’s official website for two adults and two children (aged 4 and 12), for a three-night stay with breakfast included. The ages of the children were clearly stated in the reservation notes.
I had completed the online check-in one day prior to arrival. Early in the morning on the day of arrival, we came to the hotel, paid the local tax, left our luggage, and went sightseeing around the city.
When we returned to the hotel in the evening (around 8:30 PM), we were informed that there had allegedly been a system error in the reservation calculation, and we were requested to pay an additional EUR 120. We were told that the room key would not be issued unless the additional payment was made.
After discussion, we were asked to forgo the included breakfast and pay an additional EUR 30 in order to access the room.
No extra bed or alternative accommodation was provided to match the reservation for a family of four. The room was also very limited in size for the number of guests booked.
I consider the handling of the situation and the change of confirmed booking terms to be inconsistent with the original reservation and not in line with expected hospitality standards

Last minute booking to attend a funeral and the room did the job. It was a bit small overall but had everything I needed

Small & hot but good location

Rooms are small and hot. No way to control the temperature except to open a window to very noisy street. Decent breakfast but 15 euros seemed pricey. Can’t beat the location. Staff were friendly.
