Superb hotel
We booked three rooms for 7 people , stay was nice .
Breakfast was superb and yummy.

Terrible
The booking was made for a "KING ROOM (FREE PARKING) with Window" — this was prominently displayed as the room type. However, upon arrival, we found that:
There were no king-size rooms available
The "free parking" claim was misleading — there was barely any space near the hotel, not even sufficient to park a single vehicle properly
None of the rooms had any windows, directly contradicting the listing
We were traveling from Delhi to Amritsar by train, and due to a delay, we arrived late. At around 1 PM, the hotel staff called and rudely insisted we confirm our check-in, or they would cancel the booking. We somehow managed to check in at 1:30 AM, only to find a tiny room, completely different from the one shown online.
We were 4 adults and 2 kids under 5 years of age. All documents were submitted at check-in. However, the next morning, the hotel owner demanded an extra ₹1,400 for the kids — although no such charge or policy had been communicated earlier, either online or at check-in.
The room included:
A small bed (approx. 6x6 feet) — not suitable for even 3 adults, much less 4 with 2 children
No table, no towels, no toiletries, and none of the basic amenities promised online
Everything listed about the hotel on your platform was either inaccurate or outright false.
When we tried to discuss the issue, the owner became extremely rude, speaking in a tone that bordered on abusive. He even asked us to checkout immediately if we weren’t willing to pay more.
To avoid further escalation, I was forced to pay ₹500 in cash under pressure — despite the fact that we were misled from the beginning.
If the conversation had escalated any further, I was ready to call the police. The situation was extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids involved.
This entire experience was not only unprofessional but also emotionally distressing due to:
False advertising
Unethical practices
Rude and intimidating behavior from the hotel staff and owner
I request that appropriate action be taken against the hotel for misrepresentation and misconduct. I also recommend a review of the property's listing to ensure other guests are not misled in the future.

Harimandir sahib visit
Loca3was very close to golden temple and other tourist place , food was ok , staff was very helpful and nice, services was best part quick and fast

Decent rooms
If you have senior citizens or person cannot walk much then, you can do cycle rickshaw for Rs 10 each from the hotel.
You can order food and will be delivered to you in the room .
