Lovely stay
Rsvn staff were very prompt with reverts on check out n other details.
Check in n out both were smooth n quick without any fuss or delay. My room was lovely with all the amenities. Enough space for luggage n walk around. View of lake was also good.
Bedding was too soft for my husband but for me was ok. Enough water bottles are provided. Nespresso machines are available with instant tea n coffee.
Room service was also ok .
Concierge were also helpful with luggage n help checking weights.
Breakfast spread is huge. Something gor everyone.
Was happy with service n quality.
2-3 min walk to Taj MG and Radisson Blu.
Will surely stay again.

Excellence oasis at the heart of Bengaluru
All staff was very professional and so kind, always ready to help us for any request (special thanks to Selina and Malay!).
Food, services and rooms are all at an exceptional level.

A special mention to Manikanta at the swimming pool, who was very helpful and guided us well. Ravi from the car parking/valet service was also very courteous and helpful.
The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of options, and the staff were attentive and guided us well throughout.
Our children, especially our 3-year-old, really enjoyed the stay and had a wonderful time. It was a great family experience overall.
Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again next time!
