Great room size, but major issues with noise and comfort
We were assigned Room 106, which has windows both toward a small “garden” and toward the street. Unfortunately, it is located directly above a nightclub. Noise continued every night until around 00:30, and even earplugs didn’t help. Cigarette smoke also entered the room through poorly sealed windows and the bathroom ventilation. In the morning, the air was filled with kitchen smells.
The room size was a plus — plenty of space to move around. We did encounter a single large cockroach (about 6 cm) in the shower area, though the rest of the room appeared clean. Air conditioning worked, but it blows directly onto the bed.
The location seems lively, with what looked like a shopping street nearby, but I didn’t get to explore it due to organized tours. After 10 p.m., it was difficult to find anything other than small minimarkets selling snacks and alcohol — no supermarkets open late.
The hotel does not offer breakfast. The nearby local eatery opens early, Starbucks is available from 9 a.m., and fast-food places open around 11. There is a Star supermarket at 8 a.m., but you’ll need your own cutlery if you want a simple breakfast from there.
Another odd detail: the toilet seat is placed unusually high. At 165 cm, my feet couldn’t fully reach the floor. Checkout is at 11 a.m., with a maximum extension to 12.
Despite many positive reviews online, I would not choose this hotel again on a future visit to Bengaluru.

Very good bedding.
Spacious and clean room, but please note that they don't do the housework during your stay!
Good value for money.
