The check-in process was smooth, quick, and very professional. A special thanks to Ms. Rani for her warm welcome, respectful attitude, and excellent hospitality. She made me feel comfortable right from the start and ensured everything was handled perfectly☺️
The Food & Beverage team was exceptional. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with great care. I would especially like to thank restaurant manager Mr.pawan Mr. Somay and Mr. Bablu and mr amit for their outstanding service. They were always polite, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their friendly nature and dedication made every meal enjoyable
A big appreciation to the Housekeeping team as well. My room was cleaned every day to a very high standard, and the team was always courteous, professional, and smiling. Their attention to detail made my stay comfortable and relaxing
A special thanks to the Chef padam for preparing such amazing food throughout my stay. Every meal was full of flavor, but the Aloo Mutter Sabzi was absolutely outstanding. It was one of the best dishes I had during my visit, and I truly looked forward to every meal.
What impressed me the most was the teamwork and positive attitude of the entire hotel staff. Every department worked together to provide excellent service and make guests feel valued. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care created a memorable experience.
Thank you to the entire Ginger Hotel team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciate all your hard work and hospitality. I will definitely recommend Ginger Hotel to my family, friends, and colleagues, and I look forward to staying here again in the future. ♥️
