A hotel to cherish for.

A hotel to cherish for its friendly yet excellent environment. The staffs, rooms and amenities are good enough for its pricing. Foods are okay and I suggest to incorporate some more varieties.
Consider this hotel if you care for yourself and your family.

The Worst Stay in Calcutta

The worst of all the hotels that I have been to. The receptionist and all the staffs are into duping their international customers and making money. Me and my friend had the worst stay in this hotel. Every one of them are cheaters. The premium size is moderate but cleanliness, terrible.
The reception gave us the printed Bill's for the room, but for the food, they dont give you the system generated Bill. They will either write the total amount of the food bill on that printed room bill and seal it or either they will photocopy the KOT and give you.
I suggest you not to use this hotel. Many Bangladeshi Tourists tend to stay in this hotel.. But Trust me you will regret it. The amount of money you will pay for this hotel,you will get other hotels which is much more better than this. Sad and regret to say that this booking was not done by us but it was the worst nightmare.

Good for couple and family travellers

The hotel is situated near new market area. The room was clean and hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was complementary and it was sufficient as per hotel standard. There are many restaurants nearby this hotel. I was satisfied with their services.

Pleasant stay

Stayed in this hotel for 5 days. The guy name Niaz in the reception is a very nice guy. I didn't book room before I went there, this guy didn't insisted me to check in, he told me to see the rooms first before check in. Once I saw the rooms and liked it, i checked in. The room was big and clean compare to other hotel rooms in this price. I paid 3300 for each nights including breakfast. After check in i noticed some stain in the bed covers and pillow covers, and they immediately changed upon request. The house keeping did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The location is also great. 10 minutes walk to new market. I will come back here again.

Moderate Hotel

This was one night stay on my trip to Goa last month. The hotel location is in the hustling and bustling centre of Kolkata where the low budget travellers love to stay. Nearby restaurants, money changers, phone shops and many more are the main attractions of staying there. The hotel itself is not rated one though they claim but the rooms are clean. This 50 $ per night tariff seems high with regard to the services as I found it more a sleeping quarter than a hotel. Breakfast is a critical issue as they serve it from 7:30 in the morning.
The overall impression is not that satisfactory.
