Great room with great accommodations. Friendly staff! The breakfast was hot and ready with so many different options to choose from

Unfair trade practice and unprofessional approach.

The location is prime and the breakfast is decent, but be warned about the unfair practices and rude staff. During my stay in Room 102, from 29 Jan 2026 to Feb 1st 2026, housekeeping was extremely unprofessional and demanded ₹480 as an extra cleaning charge for a period stain on the bedsheet. In any reputable hotel, standard laundry is included in the room charges; this felt like an attempt to exploit guests. Additionally, be aware that there is no lift and the property is not wheelchair friendly, which made moving luggage difficult. The rooms are just okay, but the terrible service and hidden 'fines' make this a poor choice. Avoid if you want a hassle-free stay.

Great location, very budget experience

Room fine but no housekeeping for three day stay. Reported inoperative safe and ignored.
Pictures of breakfast area not reflective of my experience. Grubby.
Reception staff rude. Website and their page on TripAdvisor states airport transport, which I ordered and supplied arrival time. I arrived at 11..30 pm and nothing. When I finally got to hotel and asked what happened, I was rudely told they don’t do it. Totally dismissed with no apology.
Restaurant next door is excellent, hotel less so.

Quite Good!!

Spent a night at this place . It's absolutely in the heart of the city and the rates are pretty reasonable. Attended a banquet and the food was simply excellent. The staff is very helpful and attentive and try their best to make the guest feel comfortable.

My best experience

I have already visited there in a business purpose on the last Saturday. It is a well furnished and clear hotel with all types of modern facilities. It has a good communication system with the main road.
