Best Hotel in Bengaluru !!
Room service is also wonderful. Surjendra has done very well in tidying up the rooms and going the extra mile of arranging our stuff in a neat and tidy manner. He also asks if we need anything and takes initiative in ensuring that the smallest requests are fulfilled instantly. It’s things like these that JW Marriott excels in customer service.
At the reception area, Ms Kajol is also very exceptional. She also goes the extra mile and gives a personal touch in ensuring the guests are comfortable and necessities are met. She also gives a homely feel and guests are comfortable around her. Actually the receptionist are all wonderful here in JW Marriott.
At the lounge area on the 14th floor, Mr Shlok and his wonderful team are on their toes in satisfying all the guests and make us feel like home. Wonderful job Shlok!
At the restaurant area, all the staff there are very friendly, smiling and give you a warm feeling that all your needs are met. Even if you give them a glance, they will come and check if everything is ok and if you need anything. Simply wonderful service.
I recommend that if you come to Bengaluru, do stay here in JW Marriott (Vittal Mallya). I assure you that you will not be disappointed.

Hotel staff (Manager present at the day shift in specific) - Rude , Bad mouth , goon. Warning : do not visit
No professionalism - their manager who receives you at reception is goon. Bad - mouth , I’ll- mannered. The owner doesn’t mind what is happening in this hotel as he has 7-8 hotels in Lucknow and this is the most down graded hotel.
Service - it’s pathetic, always late and always comes with wrong order. Never listen to the instructions or want to hear you always disconnects you in middle of conversation.
Cleanlinesses- stains are all over on the bed sheets and linens .

Average Hotel
And traffic congestion is too much.
The rooms are moderate comparison to tarrifs.The main problem is that there is no bolts for toilet and Grills are not there in the toilet Windows/fanlight.So security problem will be there as there is a entry point in the rooms through toilet
Even if rooms are locked from outside.
In house restaurant is ok.
The staffs and manager behaviour is good and cooperative.
Tundra ki kabab hotel is very near.
But really felt when driver of rental car arranged by the hotel from travel desk was too much reluctant to go to all the spots of site seeing and misinform us that particular spot was closed that day but ultimately has to go when we got the confirmation from tourist office Lucknow over phone.
Overall hotel is always full of guests and company people.
