BEST HOTEL NEAR AIRPORT
We had booked the hotel room for my Uncle who had visited Mumbai from Bangalore on a business trip. It was his first time to Mumbai.
I visited the hotel for booking it and saw the rooms are perfect, hotel is very close to the Airport (International & Domestic)
I had booked for 3 nights 3rd to 6th Dec, they have tasty food, good ambience and multicuisine restraunt. Staff is very helpful and well organized and always asking how may I help you. Hotel is just great and staff makes you feel welcomed.

Avoid at any cost
We had same option for lunch and dinner so we skipped dinner but still we were asked to sign receipt so they can claim from AIR India. Normal thalis were charged at 450 INR which is not worth. Dirty cutlery and 0 hygiene standards.
We were also charged 89 INR for glass of warm milk for baby, they had no change available and staff came to room asking for money.
Room:
Rooms are decent size, noisy and not insulated properly, noisy AC, flickering light, not properly designed shower spilling water everywhere.
Service:
We had only one towel in room for family of three and we had to ask three times for extra towels.
Bedding had stains and were not changed even after complaining.
As being family of three, We asked for extra Bedding that we never got.
Verdict:
Avoid this hotel at any cost. There are much better options nearby. I wish I could give 0 star.

Very unprofessional Hotel
Exhaust fan was not working.
Mattress springs were coming out.
Towel, quilt, pillow cover were torned.
Bed side table was stinky.
Hair was found in tea cup first day and in pao bhaji second day breakfast.
In breakfast you will find only poha, watermelon, tea utpam.
We have complained during our stay 14th march to 16th march many times. But Hotel staff was is not concerned about it

Worst ever experience
When i call them for assistance they’ll not even listen and even hangup the call on their guest.
This kind of hospitality is not acceptable.
