Pleasant and Comfortable Stay

Best Hotel to Stay in Mumbai

Great experience, I stayed for 4 nights. This was the second time I stayed at this property. They have improved from 2024 and service was top notch. A Gift of Tie and Cough lings was placed in my room by housekeeping team as gesture of long stay may be. Overall it was wonderful stay

7 Star service, Extremely accommodating and supportive staff. Hotel is clean and enjoyable, you actually dont feel like leaving.

Excellent experience

I had booked Trident, Nariman Point to celebrate my wife's birthday. Choose the hotel because of its location and proximity to places of interest nearby including restaurants, theatre, promenade etc. The check in and baggage collection was super smooth and super quick. We had booked a harbour view room; the reception executive gave us the topmost floor i.e. 33rd which was a delighter. The room came with the club members privileges, which was a pleasant surprise. We availed a few privileges like the spa discount, late check out, complimentary mini bar services (soft drinks and snacks only). I had already informed the purpose of our stay at the time of the booking, so the hotel had our room decorated with a small birthday cake for my wife and the guest relationship manager personally came to wish my wife with a bouquet on behalf of the hotel.
The spa experience was superb. The poolside area is good to relax, just stare at the sea doing nothing or watch the sun go down with a good book in hand. We tried their 2 restaurants India Jones & Frangipani; their food & service was excellent. We also tried the in-room dining and surprisingly the service was super quick. The food was good too.
All in all, we had an excellent time!!
Will definitely come back but not before we try their other hotels.
