Hotel Victory Srinagar – Comfortable Stay with Great Hospitality

Hotel Victory is newly constructed hotel and have a very big room. Even after extra bed there is ample space. In each room there are 2 sofa and table. They had TV with study table, refrigerator and tea/cofee options. Hotel was almost vacant when we went there in Mar. It is located in the heart of srinagar and you can reach anywhere within 15-20 minutes. However traffic is terrible in Sri Nagar. Service is good and quick as someone will come to room within 5 min. Hotel is quite and there is cricket training, hence sometimes you can hear noise from there. Hotel was clean and is great value for the money. Washroom are sufficient for all. Climate is generally cool hence there is no AC there. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

Extremely bad

It was ridiculous experienced. The room is so Dirty and the Experience is Extremely bad. There was hair everywhere, WiFi doesn’t work, no laundry, air conditioner don’t work heater don’t work, bed sheets not clean, food was watered down. So it totally so so Bad

Staff rude behaviour
Breakfast me chamch nahi milte 3 bar mangane ke bad chamch dete he.
Fika khana .
3 star hotel ko 4 star batate he aur sham ko phone par dinner menu kya he puchhne par bolte he ki 4 star hotel menu nahi batate

Terrible and horrify experience

disappointment with the level of customer service I received during my recent stay at Hotel The Victory. As a frequent traveler, I understand that not every hotel experience can be perfect, but the issues I encountered during my stay were unacceptable.
When I approached the front desk to address the housekeeping issue, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of urgency and failure to provide a solution added to my frustration.
Terrible experience
Sense less behiviour of hotel staff
No proper room service available
Wifi not working (very slow)
During break fast food finshed
Fruit smel like garlic and onion .
For Break fast kitchen staff are not prepare to hendle guest

Amazing

Amazing experience, ambiance was great, food was delightful, room services were well provided, overall the stay was very nice , staff was also helpful.
The rooms very spacious and comfortable.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wanted to have an relaxed stay.
