Everything is great!

I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend a holiday in Florence. The apartment has a large bedroom, a functional and clean bathroom, and is located near the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella. The owner is a very helpful person. 10 and praise!

Nice place, but not B&B

This is really nice place to be. It's a bit wierd looking place inside (but good wierd) but really comfortable. The owner, Francesca is really nice but she doesn't speak english so it's challenging to communicate with her. It's really quiet over there, only 30m from river and 40-ish minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio. Perfect.
There is a orange fridge in kitchen with chain over it. Do not remove it. There is another one in the corner. :)
All in all, go there.

Recommended place for a comfortable stay in Florence

Very comfortable and well equipped appartment, suitable for two couples. It is in a quite neighbourhood, close to the river, a nice park and the city center (only 30 minutes walking distance). Free parking and wifi. There is also a market with fresh fruits and vegetables and a supermarket nearby. A friendly and welcoming owner.

Nice quick stop over in Florence

Bit of a walk from the train / tram, in a suburban area. Great phone contact with the owner, although it was strange we never met anyone until check out the next morning. No breakfast but we didn't pay for it and got the place at a great price. (Coffee/tea and toiletries would have been welcome though.) Very clean. Extremely close to one of the top restaurants in Florence - NEDO (this find alone made this the perfect place to stay)! And very close to a river with a walkway for running. Good wifi!

Excellent B & B in Florence

On our return to Florence we were again very happy with the accommodation. Francesca could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and as before the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. We would have no hesitation in recommending any visitor to Florence to stay at Casa Olivia.
