Best location!

Fast, transparent and welcoming check-in. The rooms are close to each other but the privacy is guaranteed. No breakfast is offered, but there is an automatic coffee machine at the reception and the Eataly is right in front of the place. They are flexible to leave your luggage if you are doing a early check-in. Comfortable, clean and super well located.

RUDE- only book if you want to get mad

I would like to start this review with a disclaimer. Friends and I went to Florence for spring break and super last minute a friend decided to join us last minute. We had originally booked it for three people but I did not want to let a young girl sleeping in a hostel by herself. Because of that I told her to stay with us and if needed we would pay a fee or whatever it might be (we had no problem paying an extra fee or room). We get to the hotel and no one is there to open the locked door and instead we get sent codes. The receptionist was not there so we could not inform them of the extra guest. We made it work for that night because we would have rather been uncomfortable than not knowing how one of us were. Also, I would like to say we understand that there are regulations put in place for the safety of the guests. The next morning we were greeted by the owner, Stefano, he asked for our passports which we gladly gave. Once he realized there were more than the cooked number his demeanor completely changed. He scolded us as if we were children that could not understand. Informing and scolding a guest over a regulation are two completely different things, which we did not appreciate. On top of it all, when I would attempt to ask a question Stefano would refuse to speak to me and only my friend that did the original booking. This was extremely rude because I was still a paying customer. Let me state, we did not initiate any rude behavior or act entitled in anyway that would deserve this type of treatment. After being scolded, yelled at and belittled, he said “you should tell me thank you”. Even though we are young tourists, we are still guests that paid to be there so I will never say thank you for being treated in that disgusting manner. For this to have come from the OWNER blows my mind. I will never recommend this place to my family and friends that are coming to Florence in the future.

Comodo!

Sarò breve: l'appartamento è praticamente ad un minuto a piedi dal Duomo, nella stessa strada ed è stato comodissimo!
La zona ovviamente è servitissima, di fronte c'è EATALY dove poter fare colazione a 5€ in due.
La stanza è carina,pulita, giusta come grandezza, e i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili anche a tenerci i bagagli all'arrivo prima del.check in.
Le uniche pecche sono la mancata insonorizzazione delle camere, praticamente si sente TUTTO, ed il fatto che facesse veramente troppo caldo, e non abbiamo potuto rimediare a questo.
Comunque per il prezzo effimero pagato, questi sono dettagli di poco conto.
Lo consiglio!

Hayal Kırıklığı

Binanın konumu harika, şehrin gezilecek tüm noktalarına yürüme mesafesinde ve cafe dolu bir cadde üstünde. Temizlik idare eder. Çarşaflar temizdi ve temiz havlular vardı ama keşke tek kullanımlık bir terlik de olsaydı. (Odada minibar veya su ısıtıcı da yok) Odalar arası ses yalıtımını bırakın neredeyse hiçbir mahremiyet yok üst kattan adım sesleri bile binayı yıkarcasına geliyor ayrıca hoş olmayan sesleri odanızda gibi duyabiliyorsunuz, inanılmaz rahatsız edici. Bu fiyat sadece konuma verilir mi derseniz bence verilmez.

Prima verblijf

Hier geweest voor 2 nachten. Ten eerste, de locatie is echt super. Om de hoek van de Duomo en het centraal station is op loopafstand. Het verblijf zelf was een beetje matig. De kamer was prima ingericht, alhoewel de badkamer een beetje klein was. Helaas was de kamer ontzetten rumoerig, je kon de badkamer van de verdieping erboven horen. Wij sliep om de hoek van de receptie dus overdag hoor je continue geroezemoes en gepraat. Al met al is het prima voor een paar dagen.
