Excellent location
The location is absolutely amazing as it's right next to the train station and easy walk to the harbour and old town. The room is clean but doesn't have a lot of amenities. WiFi is fast and AC is blasting though. Staff is friendly and helpful. The elevator is old fashioned and fun to ride.

Excellent, comfortable and very efficient, friendly staff/owner.
Francesco was a great host and gave us really needed assistance, all last minute and very late. After a terrible day traveling with my grand children, e,g, flight unable to land, coached back to Genoa, missed cruise, waited 5 hours for train, then cancelled, we were stuck! I quickly booked on line, received a text within minutes will full directions and contact number, arrived! Was a bit confusing at first, looked like a door entry to apartment, door opened and we realised we had to go to 4th floor, then we saw the lift! Great fun! Francesco must have heard us and came to help! Shown room, elegant, amazing high ceilings with decorative work, traditional marble pattered floors, deceivingly spacious, balcony, a wonderful artistic building. Check out the lift, children scared of it but great to see and use! Francesco went on to help us order pizza delivery and even gave us an adaptor to save unpacking everything as we had to leave early to get to Milan. I would like to return to take in more of this wonderful old building and location.

Wonderful Host.
We stayed at this Hotel 22nd July for 2 nights while travelling through Italy and found it to be perfect for our needs, the owner Francesco couldn't do enough for us and made us really welcome. The parking as in lots of Italian Cities is at a premium but Francesco went with me to find somewhere close by as my Camper wouldn't fit in his usual choice and always with a smile even at 11-30pm after we got lost. room was clean and practical and breakfast was more than adequate for the price we paid. be aware you have to pay for parking and cost me 27 euros for 2 days which was a shock but not as bad as our next stop Florence which cost me 80 euros for 2 days as visitors cannot park in the centre. A short stroll takes you past some quaint Bars, Cafes and squares on your way to the Old Port area.

Eccellente b&b in zona strategica
Struttura pulitissima e signorile, è un appartamento diviso in 4 stanze in un condominio tranquillo e silenzioso, a 2 passi da Pza De Ferrari e vicinissimo a tutti i luoghi d'interesse (porto e acquario meno di 10 Min a piedi, S.Lorenzo e Via Garibaldi a 3 Min). Suite S.Lorenzo grande con bagno privato comodo e con tutti i comfort. Colazione preconfezionata in stanza con bollitore e macchinetta caffè, frigo con acqua latte burro ecc. Gestori premurosi (sono venuti incontro a mie esigenze alimentari). Assolutamente consigliato!

Proprio in centro!
Bed & breakfast situato in posizione strategica. A due passi da Piazza de Ferrari e a 5 minuti a piedi dal porto.
Situato in un palazzo signorile al quarto piano è dotato di un comodo ascensore.
Stanza e. bagno molto ampi. Noi eravamo nella suite Porto Antico con bagno privato. Pulizia ottima. Siamo stati due notti ed entrambe le mattine sono stati cambiati asciugamani e prodotti da bagno.
Comodi il bollitore per il te e il frigorifero in camera. Colazione con prodotti confezionati con brioche, fette biscottate e marmellate. Macchina da caffè a cialde.
Molto gentile la signora Antonella che al nostro arrivo ci ha dato varie informazioni utilissime.
Prezzo più che onesto. Sicuramente torneremo qui per un nuovo viaggio a Genova.
