Run down area, modern hotel, cheap
The hotel is not in an nice area, and after reading some reviews, it had me worried. What can i say about this hotel. Well when you first arrive, it looks like an abandoned place as the doors are all shuttered off and looks abit dogdy. On the door is a buzzer to ring and they will let you inside. Once your inside the place automatically changes. Its no so bad. You get a lift, or the stairs to the second floor where the resception is. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. They take you to your rooms and offer a beverage from the machine they have. My room was away from 2 floor and was two floors up, so thank god for the lift. The The hotel is in an apartment block where locals also live. Its intresting, and i did not see any prostitues leaving the building. My room, was nice. Good enough for a one night stay in Genoa. The beds were clean, the room was tidy and the bathroom was in working order, took a while to figure out the shower which had three settings, the aircon was great.
There is alot of noise from the chruch bells and the trains that go past. But after a while a while it goes into back ground noise.
Theres not much around this hotel, but there is a mini market next door which is reasonable and cheap. And there a plenty of resturants and small shops 10 minutes away from the hotel. Some quaint places and lovely resturants.
The hotel does offer Wifi, but during my stay it didnt reach the rooms as they are tunnels and go around alot of corners to get to some of the rooms, which block the wifi. The manager was very sorry about this and kept apologizing.
The hotel managers english is not great, and there is a lanuage barrier; but he does help you out to the best he can and is so lovely.
The other ladies who work in the hotel are also very nice. They rang for a taxi to go to the airport on my behalf and the taxi arrived within minutes. That was impressive.
When leaving, the manager shook our hands and thanked us for staying and wished us a safe journey. Not all managers do that.
If your looking for a cheap place to stay for the night and not expecting much, and dont mind a run down area, this place is for you.

Cet établissement n'est pas un hotel, c'est un film d'horreur
Cet établissement n'est pas un hotel, c'est un film d'horreur. Si vous avez vu les sagas Hostel, Saw, ou autre genre de films de ce type, voila ce que vous retrouverez ici.
Aucun accueil, on nous a ouvert la porte au bout d'une heure d'appui sur la sonnette non stop et d'appels (on y est allé crescendo bien sur, mais déjà au bout de 15 min sans réponse nous commencions à perdre patience). La personne qui nous ouvre faisait la visiblement sieste, elle était donc en pyjama, à 16h de l'après-midi, et ne parlait pas un mot d'anglais ou de français. Elle ne faisait également AUCUN efforts pour utiliser l'application de traduction vocale et écrite que nous utilisions pour tenter de communiquer avec elle.
Finalement, elle nous accompagnée à notre "chambre/mouroir", pour découvrir une pièce minuscule tenant à peine un lit de 120cm de largeur. Il n'y avait aucune serviette, aucun papier toilette, la propreté n'était pas au RDV, et la seule fenêtre avec rideau (on comprenait mieux ce rideau en l'ouvrant), menait à un mur que l'on pouvait littéralement toucher en tendant la main. Bien sur, aucune climatisation, il va de soit.
La literie pour s'être juste assis dessus était équivalente à un tapis de camping.
La porte ne fermait pas à clé.
Soucieux pour notre sécurité, nous sommes retourné à l'accueil en expliquant que nous ne pouvions rester dans cet établissement qui était loin d'être un hotel. La personne ne nous comprenant pas, appel sa responsable, là on découvre que cette personne nous ayant accueillie ne travaillait meme pas dans l'hotel mais rendait simplement service à la gérante !!! Cell-ci a commencée à devenir agressive à la limite de la violence, comprenant que l'on voulait partir et se faire rembourser notre unique nuit booké dans cet endroit.
Ayant réservé à travers Booking, après beaucoup de mal pour les avoir tout en étant sur place, nous avons finalement eu quelqu'un qui nous a indiquer de quitter les lieux notre sécurité étant en jeu, et que nous serions bien sûr remboursé... Presque un an plus tard, aucune trace de remboursement. 90€ et quelques de bien perdu et une bien mauvaise aventure à compter.
Donc en conclusion : FUYEZ cet "établissement" est tout sauf un "hotel". À la limite si vous chercher une maison hanté, vous serez servi.
PS : je n'ai aucune photo car dès que j'ai tenté d'en prendre, j'ai violemment été interdit de le faire... Il n'y a clairement pas à se demander pourquoi.

Peccato non si può valutare con nessuna stella
A dir poco scandaloso, appena rientrati siamo andati a fare l’antitetanica per sicurezza .
Abbiamo pagato per 2 stelle, ma in realtà eravamo in un porcile. Va bene non avere servizi di un 4 stelle in una locanda da 2, ma l’igiene è alla base di tutto in qualsiasi categoria.
Meglio pagare 10€ in più a notte e non risparmiare per questa locanda (anche se usato solo come dormitorio).
Oltre alla mancanza di igiene, anche la doccia non funzionante alla perfezione.
La signora che ci ha consegnato le chiavi è poi svanita nel nulla, nemmeno al check out si è presentata.
Anche la zona dove è situata è terribile.
Puzza di piscio dappertutto, stranieri che invadono le strade e bald…cche sui marciapiedi.
Evitate.

Senza carta igienica||Hotel locanda paradiso Genova
Dopo avere ricevuto le chiavi della stanza da un fruttivendolo accanto l’hotel essere stati accolti da nessuno siamo andati via il giorno seguente ed aver regalato una notte e quindi pagato 2 notti ed averne usufruito di una accoglienza sconosciuta mancanza di igiene e finanche la mancanza di carta igienica nel bagno visitare Genova in un contesto così squallido è stato impossibile.e nel frigo trovata mezza bottiglia di acqua sicuramente utilizzata da altri clienti.

A fuir !
Horrible !! A fuir, ma réservation a été annulée en last minute et en plein weekend de la Pentecôte. Plus aucun hôtel n'étais disponible sur gêne, je me suis retrouvé à la rue. Aucune alternative de proposé.
Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement non professionnel.
