Excellent weekend in Genoa
Excellent location given the proximity to the center and the main points of interest in Genoa (historic centre, aquarium).
Recommended both for those who go to Genoa for work and for family trips.
The manager of the apartments is very kind and friendly

VERY GOOD LOCATION AND CLEANLINESS
Poor Soundproofing Internally. We were on the Second Floor, and we could even hear the footsteps on the Upper Floor, TV, which prevented us from sleeping well.
Mattress already worn out, pillows quite bad.
It only has Black-Out Curtains, without curtains. Which means you must never be without natural light, or be in a stained glass window, with a building in front, on a narrow street.
The information that it has a washing machine is not exact. The washing machine is NOT in the apartment, but on the ground floor, it is for the use of the building, 3 Euros each time, and you have to find it free. This should be clear on the website. Booking. It is very annoying to encounter that.
We found the entrance door to the building open several times, which gives a feeling of insecurity. We never saw Anyone Responsible for the Building either in the morning or in the evening.
