The room was clean, spacious and moder. But the building and staircase looks completely opposite - old and unsafe, especially at night with children.
There are "tickets" for breakfast at the nearby cafe. Croissants and fresh juice/coffe were delicious despite the fact that we only got 3 "tickets" for 4 people.
Close to train station (5€ per person) and fairly close to the airport (taxi €30).
Naples is amazing but why, oh why there are soooooo much litter everywhere!?Italians - love your beautiful country more !

However, the building itself is very old. The staircase felt fragile, which made me uneasy, and the lift was extremely small and outdated, barely fitting two adults.
The biggest issue was the check-in process. When we arrived, we had no idea how to get into the building because there was no reception or check-in desk. After a long journey, this was frustrating. It would be very helpful if the property sent clear check-in instructions to first-time guests before arrival.
Although the accommodation is conveniently located near the central train station, the area was very busy and felt quite dirty, so it wasn’t as pleasant as we had expected.
Overall, the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff we met were friendly, but the old building, confusing arrival process, and surrounding area affected our overall experience.

Modern, clean. Only real issue was being unable to use lift due to inconsiderate others not closing doors. Not great when on 4th floor and carry heavy suitcases.
