To repeat

Majestic noble palace. With a fresco, I think it is the largest in Naples. The kind and discreet owners are ready to tell you about the city. Very high rooms, overlooking the main road but quiet.
Very central to go everywhere. I highly recommend it

Sometimes it takes little

Sorry to judge a structure without having been able to try it, but the negative experience is based on the unprofessionalism shown by the owner who had reassured me about the availability of their apartment that had vacated, and then communicate with a message in the middle of the night that due to an unforeseen event it was no longer possible to stay with them for the next day. I’m sure Maison des Fleurs is a great place (looking at the pictures), with an excellent location (it’s no coincidence that I was happy with this choice), but I recommend treating customers who are indisposed differently, perhaps with more attention given the problem caused, even with a simple message to make sure you have solved it. Small gestures, big people.

not the idea of a hotel especially when you see the presentation clip but not given anyway

unlikely entrance and hard to find and not real hotel rather mezzanine rooms with a reception present during the day but strict minimum

Like staying at home❤️

An apartment that makes you feel at home in the historic center of Naples where you have a thousand things to see and a thousand things to do!!! Top welcome from Giuseppe and Stefania who 'integrated' us well into the city of Naples, giving us directions and advice, including non-tourist culinary ones, which were useful to us and gave added value to the holiday.
Comfortable and spotless room, with bed equipped with topper (just like at home)!!!!!
Highly recommended for everything, even for the excellent breakfast at the bar, always provided by the hotel: Naples and Maison des fleurs in the heart!!!

Excellent experience from every point of view. From the moment of booking, kindness and professionalism were distinctive elements of the experience. Taste and cleanliness were added upon arrival. The boutique hotel is truly delightful: well-kept, welcoming, bright. On the central Via Toledo - and despite this very quiet - it is convenient for visiting Naples both on foot and by subway (it is halfway between the Toledo and Dante stops).
Breakfast, in the nearby Espresso Napoletano bar, is a much appreciated plus. Thanks for everything and see you next time. See Naples... and then come back!
