Great location and excellent host.

We have just spent four nights in Palermo in this great location. It’s in a small street that lies between the Opera House at one end and the Archaelogical Museum at the other so it’s very central. The host Antonella has been amazing- she gave us a very warm welcome then has continued to be kind and helpful throughout our stay. Advising on places to visit and which buses to take, recommending restaurants and even booking a taxi to take us to the station. The B&B is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped with coffee & tea making facilities. There are numerous small restaurants on the same street as the B&B ( Via Orilogica) and in the squares at either end. Antonella provided a list of information. We highly recommend this place - grazie mille Antonella.

Lovely B&B

Family-run B&B, ideally located in Palermo with easy access to the public transport and to the airport. The staff was attentive and very friendly. Breakfats served every morning with a nice cup of coffee.

Wonderful place to stay!

A wonderful family owned B/B in the centre, near the port and 1 minute to the Teatro Politeama Garibaldi where there are regular transfers to Falcone e Borsellino airport. The rooms are large with big comfortable beds and own private bathroom.
Sicilian breakfast is very good and substantial.
The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The price paid is exceptional value, the best I had in my 4 days stay in Sicily and I look forward to staying there again next year - highly recommended! There is a wonderful pizza restaurant / take away close by - a very good pizza for one is just 5 Euros with beer at 2.50 Euros. I heard Palermo was good - but not this good! A wonderful Italian city, with bellissimo Sicilian hospitality!

Stressful Beginning to Night's Stay

Booked this B & B on booking.com. Arrived at the time indicated on a hot afternoon in Palermo after a long day's travel. B & B did not answer the phone or the doorbell, took almost half an hour before we were sure we had a room. Very unclear who was in charge.
Room was clean and spacious with ensuite. However the bed was quite small, breakfast in the morning was very basic (coffee and a croissant) and no receipt was provided with our payment. Not worth it.
