Charming stay

Room clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated. High roofs and antique floors. Good location and breakfast is served in a cozy and pleasant environment. Great stay, friendly staff and also available to leave luggage after check out time

Services not functioning

The owner gentie, the room nice but with a bit of problems to solve.
For example, the water in the bathroom sclada was low and after a few minutes of showering it would return frozen.
The air conditioner not working, said the filter was dirty, consequently the chamber at 800 degrees.
The tablecloths available were only 2 of 2 small sizes and so it was a bit uncomfortable to have so few.
Too much echo, you could hear what the other rooms nearby were doing.
No mini fridge, hot drinks in summer are not a nice thing.
For the price paid it is better in the city.
To be improved.

Not in a city center, but close to the city center

Lovely and charming place but on the first floor. This is an old building with old windows and you can forget about sleeping. Quite noisy from the street. Especially if you stay at the weekend.
Not too far from the center but not in the city center.
The owner comes when you call her to open and to give you a key. During our stay we were the only guests, but there were a few more rooms.
When you book it says you have breakfast. I don't know what is with Italians, do they always eat sweet breakfast?!

Peccato

Ciao...si salva la gentilezza della proprietaria e l ambiente pulito e accogliente, anche la posizione per certi versi. Peccato perché basterebbe poco per renderlo coccolo. TV non funzionante come la wi fi, segnalato guasto sifone doccia ma niente, colazione povera se non nulla .....siamo nella regione delle arance e li trovo succo in scatola brioches confezionate niente pane ne jogurt...os di fronte pasticceria milleuci TOP....e poi il rumore, sembrare essere in strada,: si sente TUTTO. Concludo, niente ricevuta....

ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE

Non arrivate con l’auto perche’ nonostante la proprietaria (vista solo 5 minuti all’ arrivo giusto per prendere i soldi rigorosamente in contanti e con ricevuta promessa ma mai fatta) vi dica che i parcheggi ci sono , se siete fortunati verso le 20 potrete trovare un posticino magari sulle striscie pedonali o su un passo carraio. E ora parliamo della struttura .
Innanzitutto NON chiamiamolo B&B in quanto e’ un affittacamere.
L’ appartamento e’ al piano rialzato con le finestre direttamente sulla strada , quindi scordatevi di dormire , 2 brandine unite per creare un “letto matrimoniale” con testiera composta da quattro cuscinetti incollati con il veltro al muro , oltretutto adatto a persone di altezza non superiore a 1.60 , per la testa 2 cuscini , uno altissimo e l’ altro bassissimo . Sopra il letto da notare una cornice vuota è una tenda venuta giù’ da un lato rimasta lì per tutto il periodo di permanenza
Al posto dell’ armadio uno stender appendiabiti con tre (3) grucce . 3 notti senza un cambio biancheria ne una sistemata al letto .
Colazione ingiudicabile , meglio ad un qualsiasi distributore automatico .
La pulizia tutto sommato era discreta .
Una cosa positiva ? Si che tre notti passano in fretta
