Beautiful home close to the city center

Trikeles offers an extremely friendly and helpful hostess, a very nice house in walking distance to the city center, a delicious breakfast and a possibility to park your car - what more could you ask for?

Whimsical Bed and Breakfast in Palermo

What a find! This B & B is located within an easy walk to the center of Palermo, and the Port of Palermo. We arrived very early in the morning, as we took the overnight ferry from Naples. I had emailed ahead and asked if we could check in early. The response was Certo! Certainly! We arrived at around 7:00 am. Signora Maria Grazia was there to greet us with a welcoming smile. She showed us our beautiful climate controlled room with balcony, the very modern and well appointed bathroom, the outdoor terrace, and the breakfast room. We were very pleasantly surprised to see that she had breakfast laid out for us. It was a scrumptious feast of sweet rolls, little pizzas, fresh fruit, yogurt, assorted cereals, cookies, and of course caffè. We were even treated to homemade grape gelato! Our bed was comfortable, there was ample storage in our room. But the best thing was all the whimsical art that adorned the walls. Signora Maria herself has quite a sense of style. And although she spoke not a word of English, we got along just fine using my bit of Italian and Google translate. We had scheduled an early tour for the next day, and when I asked what time breakfast is served she asked what time do we want it. Our departure on day three was very early. We arranged for a driver to pick us up at 4:00 am. Signora insisted on getting up to see us off. Within the vicinity are many great restaurants, shops and Cafe's. The building was very secure with an automatic locking gate, and surveillance. I highly recommend Trikeles B & B.

Wondeful

When I return to Palermo I will definitely stay here. The decor and the owner are so chic. Air conditioning was great. It is on the 3rd floor but there is a lift up to the 2nd. Breakfast was sensational including brioche and ice cream. Balcony view across the square and parking was easy. Our dedicated toilet was across the corridor but robes were provided as was a safe and TV. Bus stops are nearby. Safe area.

Perfect base in Palermo, a traveler's dream

I spent two nights in this delightful B&B on the recommendations of a friend. The place is beautifully designed (by an artist and it shows!) and immaculately kept. As for the breakfast, I have never seen such an elegant and delicious spread.
The location was great for me; the airport bus stops right outside and it is a nice walk through an upscale neighborhood into the heart of Palermo. A plus: the beautiful gardens across the street.

Perfect place to stay

This is the great place to stay in Palermo. Very friendly owner of the place who really took very good care of you. The breakfast was just perfect with fresh fruits and many options. The place has an artistic style, every details were taken care. Nice terrace to spend some time, if you need some peace after Palermo sightseeing. I can strongly recommend this place.
